Three anchor sessions across the cohort. Kickoff and problem deep dive, solution design and validation, pitch preparation and ideathon walkthrough. Each runs for 90 minutes.
Completion certificates issued jointly with partner companies. Top performers from the ideathon evaluation get direct access to internship and hiring conversations.
Teams that pass the Week 4 ideathon evaluation qualify for the National Hackathon. This is the gateway from the cohort to the 30 hour build sprint in Delhi.

Between 2 and 5 hours per week depending on the stage. Week 1 is lighter. Week 4 is the most intensive.
